I have to praise the doctor who phoned me Tuesday the doctor reminded me of a doctor who I was under I thought I'd finished with needles when I went for my Covid jab the doctor was very apologetic for sending me for further blood tests the doctor explained to me they was needed for a conformation I only have one problem if I have to fill forms in I have to say who my doctor is I don't know who is my doctor I'm glad I stayed best surgery in st Helens I like their triage system as it saves going to the surgery more surgery should adopt this as the doctors can see more patients I'm with this surgery forever as I love the doctors and the staff

I have to really recommend this surgery the consultation by the doctor and if I didn't understand it the staff at the surgery for explaing it to me thanks I'm glad I'm with you

I have tried phoning the practice for 3 days it took me 167 calls to get through today to once again be told there are no appointments to speak to a doctor about a fit note and to try again tomorrow, tried filling the form in online for one to be told to ring the surgery and book an appointment after a week in hospital i dont need this extra stress added on top
