   Recently visited Arnold medical centre for appointment with a male doctor. The doctor was excellent. Took time to listen. Was so impressed with the appoint. All questions were answered in a way that could be understood with no jargon. Visual screen was used to explain all questions answered. Left appointment feeling relieved and confident that follow up actions would be carried out which they have been. It was such a positive experience and would recommend the practice to anyone. Even received follow up call by the doctor with results to ensure we were informed asap so not to worry. Thank you so much. An excellent experience.
