I’m lucky to be registered at this practice. Well trained reception staff, there was no late evening appointments available for a while and I’ve popped in and was booked for saturday appointment, I was seen and treated today! It’s great when practice can offer an alternative services, not 8 hours in a&e. Also I’m extremely grateful to be treated with the dignity and respect. Highly recommend.

I felt very badly and needed urgent appointment with GP. I came to GP practice in the morning and appointment was fixed very promptly. GP checked my condition and prescribed the required medicine. Staff in the practice was very careful and helpful.

One of the girls on the reception is an exceptional worker. I spoke to her on Thursday and got a call back in 3 min to come in for an appointment. Whenever I come in or call she is there and nothing is an issue also I’ve overheard she was helping patients who did not speak English. Where did you get her from Addington? I need a staff like her.

I completed a e consult for 3 conditions yesterday. By today, all three had been addressed including a face to face appointment with a very friendly GP. Well done all of you

Filled in e- consult and had a face to face with 5 hours. This was followed by a speedy referral to an appropriate specialist service. GP also rang me the same day to let me know what was going on.
