Usually im waiting over my appointment time i was straght in, dentist lady was lovely, and looks like they have got new receptionists. The one i seen was lovely. Where the old receptionist was very rude.

The dentist herself she was extremely friendly and always checked in with me during the procedure, she made sure i was comfortable and pain-free

Dentist listened to my needs and modified there behavior to me and helped me karm down. Hearing peoples usually ignore my needs to get to the appointment and deal with peoples at said appointment. i have a feat of Dentist and Dr hospitals etc. Thanks Cheers ta Enjoy your day.

I don't like the idea of paying before treatment. On my last 2 appointments I insisted I pay after ny treatment which was just as well as I didn't need treatment at the end of my appointment.

The dentist I saw was really good at dealing with me as I am an extremely nervous patient and she was very patient with me and DID stop as soon as I raised my hand?

The practice were more than happy to book a £69 consultation appointment for my root extraction but then unable to offer treatment. The dentist was eager to rack up a £700+ bill of irrelevant suggestions but not get to the "root" of my problem (the sole reason I booked the appointment; the root extraction) and was told the root extraction "is not something we do" and that I would need to seek external care. I have spoken to the receptionist today who has now informed me that "the dentist who would be able to treat you is on holiday" and would therefore like to know why this wasn't disclosed ahead of the "consultation". If they don't have a dentist skilled to carry out a treatment, they should not be offering "consultation". It's as simple as that. This should be a professional healthcare service and not a money-making shop. This is highly unethical, and a waste of my time and money (I booked a day off work for this appointment). I have been in pain for months and am nowhere near gaining treatment.

The hygienist used the manual scale tool because I was uncomfortable with the mechanical one. She listened to my concern and was reassuringly careful.
