I am fully satisfied about the treatment given to me so for. The Dr and Staff Nurse are fully competent, experienced and professional.

I am a dreadful coward at the dentist and have been for 60 odd years . Lady was reassuring/ competent and always tried to encourage me .

The Dr seen, she was very good no issues doing a good job, putting the pain in the mouth to bed. However the initial call to try and get this emergency appointment for a vulnerable adult was absolutely ridiculous. I understand why an emergency appointment is made and would not be calling the next day at 9.00am to do this if the pain was bearable. To be told if the Dr sees no pain will cancel the appointment and not be seen! The treatment was carried out as clearly can see the issue. I ask to train and emphasis customer service at first point makes a lasting impression. I rang another surgery to be added. However as the care from the Dr was very good it was decided to stay with this surgery.

Very polite and gentle. Gave me all the necessary information. And best of all the appointments the appointment they book you isn’t 5 years later. I managed to get 2 appointment within 2 weeks.

Our dentist and assistants all manage to be both friendly and professional in equal measures and are great with all of my children ages ranging from 4 to 18, making them feel at ease . The ladies on reception are also all very good and go out of their way to interact with us all in a kind manner!

Excellent service, explained what he was doing throughout the procedures and was so efficient and responsive to any indication of pain. Highly recommended

Receptionists are nice, dentist was nice the only thing I will say is that I had to wait 30mins after my appt time to be seen so thats why I didn’t give 5 stars for rating.

Different dentist every time. Not enough time given for consultation and treatment. Hygiene was carried out. But was of poor quality. Just front teeth were treated but when i looked in mirror there was still plaque on the inside teeth. Last time same thing happened with hygiene. Very bad surgery. If you question them they say go some where else.

Very capable dentist who inspired confidence in me, as I’m a nervous patient. Extracting teeth from me is difficult due to long and hooked roots, but the dentist did very well. Excellent.
