Excellent and professional service from the dentist and dental assistant. She explained exactly what she was going to do and gave options for further treatment. I would fully recommend.

I had part of a tooth come away snd phoned to see if they could fit me in to have it checked. They gave me an appointment for the following day where i had a comprehensive check and a filling. Brilliant service

My appointment started bang on time. I had a general check up including Xrays and was given good advice about care of one tooth in particular.

Time issues when i received 2 different times one appointment said 4pm one said 4.15. Therefore not sure what was occuring turned up at 3.45. Was told by reception that it initially thought the dentist could bring forward my appointment but then told she couldnt so was to be original 4.15. I asked if dentist would be running late for the 4.15 and was told again by receptionist no. At 4.25 i was then told my dentist couldnt see me as had emergency hence still running late. Was told i could wait further and take chance i would be seen. I said i wouldnt be waiting and then helpful receptionist said she would try and get another dentist to see me. Kindly this dentist stayed behind so my appointment was able to go ahead with him, which i was very grateful for and he was marvelous.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at Honour Health. Unfortunately, the nature of dentistry is such that emergency appointments can be unpredictable and may run over. We do try to avoid this and I am sorry if we did not communicate well on this occasion. It is our priority to provide the highest level of care to our patients and I am sorry that your appointment times were mixed up and you were not seen on time. We will do our very best to ensure the reception team best communicate with patients when dentists are running late, and we hope this does not happen again. We look forward to seeing you at Honour Health again soon.

I was seen early, got inspection and developed plan of treatment. Only problem was getting an appointment for the procedure.

I travel over 50 miles to visit what I feel is the best dentist in the area. I have both NHS and private work done and I cannot fault the level of customer service, the friendliness of all the staff and the explanation of treatment and work involved in my visits with various options available.

Absolutely fine. The job was done quickly & efficiently. The dentist & other staff were pleasant & friendly & everything was fully explained. Basically job done ? Note: a question below asks if I was private or NHS. I ticked NHS even though I paid a fee of about £23.50 (just to clarify). Also further down it asks do I want to remain anonymous publicly. I’m not sure what exactly is implied here so I ticked the box.

I saw a dentist for my checkup I had not met previously. I’m going through a difficult time with my overall health and I had been advised to get a dental checkup ahead of my upcoming treatment. I was open with the dentist (I cannot remember his name unfortunately), and he was very professional and considerate without making things awkward for me. I was really impressed that although this was just a checkup he took the time to talk me through an area of my mouth with tartar, taking a picture so I could clearly see, and then cleaning the area. I appreciated his manner which made a tricky situation for me personally much easier.
