My daughter had to have a tooth out today under sedation. She was exceptionally anxious due to past difficult medical history, but from the minute we checked in, the staff were outstanding. From the friendly reception staff to the nurse who came to discuss the procedure and put her at ease, making her laugh and smile, to the dental surgeon and anaesthetist who were just amazing! They went out of their way to make her feel special, laugh and distract her from what was happening. Their empathy was on another level. She was terrified at the prospect of having to have a tooth out but I think her experience today restored her trust in the medical profession. The whole team went above and beyond and I cannot thank them all enough. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Wow I went to have one of my tooth out under sedation. Everyone was so great and helped me through it. I can honestly say everyone there was great. Shout out to everyone there.

Absolutely amazing staff at this practise, very warming, caring and friendly from the moment i walked in, i had two teeth removed, one being an impacted bottom wisdom tooth and being scared and anxious of dentists everyone there made me feel at ease, the male nurse in the recovery room afterwards was amazing and looked after me after my sedation, a big thank you to everyone at gibraltar house ☺
