The dentist I see is always very considerate, friendly, listens well, is reassuring, explains things clearly and puts me at ease. I no longer dread going to the dentist as I know he will take care of my dental needs and any concerns I have. Thank you!

The dentist I saw today was very helpful, much more so than the one I saw before and explained more options to me. I appreciate I am still needing treatment and I might not get the outcome I want but I feel more confident in treatment that I need.

Chased the day prior to my appointment to make sure I was turning up, no issue with that. Inturned up early by approx 15-10 minutes, I was then waiting 25+ minutes after my appointment time. Nobody came to say there was a delay or anything. Receptionist seemed disinterested in any conversation with anyone, when I arrived she was moving a bit of paper and blanked me for a good minute or so, on the way out I paid and she sat there yawning at me. Not great and if I wasn't NHS I'd be looking at other dentists.

It was an emergency app. So i hadnt seen thid dentist before.he was so kind and considerate of my fear.but i wasnt happy that i had been lleft in this position where i needed an emergency app..

My dentist was very thorough in cleaning and applying a temporary filling. She is a new dentist to me and I felt she was really good.

I received many calls and messages to confirm our appointment then it was cancelled at the last minute. This is the third time this has happened. My daughter who had travelled from Uni to attend was fitted in (for which I was grateful) but the rest of us are rescheduled for February

Hygienist and assistant brilliant, approachable, informative, friendly, professional. Dentist, however, not a people person, a bit curt and far too quick in explaining her recommendations. Procedure was rough, and I was barely in there for 3 minutes, and had to ask if that was everything so as I could leave

I am happy with my dentist and that is good for me as I struggle attending. However they keep changing my dentist which is extremely annoying and frustrating
