Really friendly and helpful staff. they’re very informative and talk through each step of the treatment. I felt very much in safe hands.

Prescription was not stamped meaning I had a wasted journey to the pharmacy had to drive all the way back across town from consult to fairford leys. When presenting the prescription to reception not even a simple apology was offered.

Dentist is very communicative and explains everything and checks with me before he does anything. He’s extremely patient, which is invaluable as an autistic person.

Treated with respect. Put at ease. Listened to me. Professional dignified and courteous. Previously had my teeth 'built up' really pleased with the results. My teeth are no longer broken and disappearing they look lovely.

The receptionist was lovely, but the new dentist wasn’t very engaging, a little brusque, the dental nurse was also very quiet and not engaging which didn’t really make you feel at ease. Treatment was fine.

I wasn’t aware that you have to pay in advance now. E.G I had a check up today for which I obviously had to pay for but then when I booked another appointment the receptionist said I have to pay for that today,.
