As an NHS patient at this practice I 100% appreciate all that this practice offers. The staff are friendly and efficient and seem to really care about the patient in font of them. Perfect in every way and valuable beyond belief.

Todays appointment was the first one where there was a bit of a delay in being seen, but the team kept me informed of the delays. It was no big deal but it did cut it a little bit fine on nearby parking. I do have to say that everyone here is very pleasant and for someone who is not particularly keen on going to the dentist, the dentist always reassures me which helps. So Thankyou! It was also good to have detailed explanations of things that may have come about from the visit.

From routine check ups, too crowns and root canals, I have had many problems with my teeth and Chapel St dental practice has come to my rescue several times. They always get you seen as soon as possible and when you are there they are always friendly and happy to see you, they make you feel comfortable and at ease and treat you like you are part of their family. Finally you get some of the best dental work money can buy and you won't fear going to the dentist's half as much as you once did. All the staff are wonderful and happy which goes to show what a great team they are.

I had a filling the other day and I can honestly say I was totally relaxed through the whole process.I hate having needles but I never felt a thing 10/10 so impressed .staff are always friendly.

I recently lost part of my filling. Rang Chapel street for an appointment and they fitted me in within a week which was great as I wasn’t in any pain. Fabulous practice! We’ve been so happy with the service and treatment from all the team! Keep up the great work guys!

Excellent treatment after 2 root canals. Always friendly and explain everything that is happening and the choices that I have. Couldn't be happier with the treatment I have received.
