My latest visit to Chapel Street Practice was just about my most pleasant visit to a dentist in my life. Feels more like a happy day at a coffee morning. Such professionalism , confidence inspiring and genuinely friendly staff. I cannot speak highly enough of them all . Perfection !

I was given an appointment quickly, on the day I arrived I was treated with kindness and respect. The tooth was inspected, I was given options and the treatment was to have the filling removed and the tooth built up and refilled. Excellent service and lovely people. Thanks again.

As an adult who hates the whole experience coming to you puts me at ease , you always tell me what’s going to happen and treat me gently, even my recent scale and polish was painless thankyou for making my visit more bearable.

Rang first thing in the morning left a message about my problem by 10.30ish had a call back got asked a few questions as to my problem and got offered an appointment for 12.30 same day got seen to right away ended up getting a small fill in filling to solve my problem a good experience.

Once again excellent service from the team. Referral from dentist to hygienist and seen same week. Both clinicians spent time with me and delivered their treatments in a caring and relaxed manner. First time having hygienist appointment so wasn’t totally sure what to expect- it was thorough and again delivered in a patient centred manner, no discomfort and nothing to worry about. Really helpful advice given and a great service by the whole team.

Excellent treatment from dentist and subsequently the hygienist. The friendly approach by all staff and the care, attention and patience given really makes a difference . First time seeing hygienist, so I was unsure what to expect, but nothing to be concerned about at all. The team put their patients at ease from first arriving and throughout the appointment.

Can't thank the staff enough. Had a small issue with a tooth over the Christmas period. Messaged the dental centre and they made a appointment straight away. Tooth fixed :). Exceptional care.
