So friendly - brilliant dentist who never makes me feel that as an NHS patient, I’m any less important than someone paying private.

All staff are extremely professional in their jobs, also friendly and caring. I feel confident that the health of my whole mouth and jaw are looked after and I will get the treatment I need when I need it. I never feel rushed and the appointments are thorough in making sure I am comfortable and happy with my treatment. Thank you.

The actual seeing the dentist experience was spot on as always everyone i visit always makes me feel calm and they are all really friendly. The only negative to my recent visit was the way the waiting room and welcome has changed the reception staff sit behind a massive lgbtq flag so you dont actually see anybody i had a query after my appointment but there was no one to speak too im aware covid has caused changes but this seems a bit extreme at least last time i visited there was someone there to welcome and aknowledge your arrival

Dear Jodie, We wanted to thank you for your feedback and most importantly apologise for the confusion at the end of your appointment. The old system of ringing the doorbell and waiting outside to be greeted went along time (hopefully with covid !) and therefore following your feedback and that of a couple of patients, we wanted to respond and let you know that we have indeed made quite a lot of changes to improve our service . It was never our intention to 'hide' from patients, but as a small team we have been to making changes gradually that fit with the facilities we have within the practice and the team members we currently have. There are future plans in place to improve the service even more, so next time you visit the practice we hope your experience will be greatly improved. Chapel Street Dental Practice

Was kept at ease from start to finish. Very relaxing environment. Some general humour throughout which was fun while maintaining complete professionalism. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience to have a filling.

I recently attended my check up, on 2 separate occasions I had a phone call reminding me of the date and after the appointment I received an email saying that my appointment was due. There seems to be some confusion in the office as to who and when people have been contacted. I found it very excessive. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and were very apologetic when my appointment was delayed for half an hour.
