I attended the hygienist and dentist. Both were friendly, informative and carried out their work in a professional manner. In fact, I have found all the staff to be patient centred in the many years I’ve been attending the Family Dental Practice, in Eastwood

Easy swift process. Dentist and assistant was very clear polite and informative. The treatment and cost was explained to me fully.

I was met with a friendly greeting at reception and with a friendly, attentive and informative dentist and partner in the surgery. The dentist took time to explain throughout - thank-you!

Appointment ahead of time and both the dentist and the dental nurse were engaging and friendly. Good advice given over a problem with dentures and thorough examination. Follow up appointment booked.

£25 nhs check up for laterally 5 minutes. Then told the dental hygiene isnt included as it used to be and would cost £69 extra. Absolute con. Basically offering nhs dental care at private prices. Better off going to a private dentist that has always been private.

Excellent dentist.explained my options has she tried to to root canal filling but couldn’t do it has it had been done before and root was short so disappointed that the dentist before hadn’t noticed it

I was very impressed with the prompt action I received from receptionists to the dentist himself - the dentist was very professional and knowledgeable offering me various treatment plans for my broken bridge
