    I joined up to Qured's new preventative health care test, I am happy to say the results were quick and helpful, the test was easy to use and I am already to take my next test. Great to be able to take at home and still get accurate results. If only all blood tests could be taken from the comfort of your home, I normally struggle to give blood/have bloods taken but this was so easy to use I would highly recommend.

    I tried Qured's at-home health test to understand my vitamin levels. The kit I received was simple to use, and taking blood was completely painless. I appreciated the touch points from real human beings, including time with a doctor to understand my results. Overall, an insightful, helpful, and easy experience - and off the back of this, I'm taking vitamin supplements for the first time ever! Recommended.

    I took Qured's Vital Vitamins at-home test. The test itself was fast and easy, and my consultation with the doctor was really valuable - he explained each of the tests and results, and went far beyond the limited information you usually get with test results, explaining each of the tests and results and what they mean for you and your lifestyle. I realised I was (unsurprisingly) low in Vitamin D so started taking some multi-vitamins.

    Covid test delivered by courier service, received notification that it was with the lab and then nothing. Very poor customer service at every stage. Do not use this company.

    i ordered my test well in advance 3 weeks prior to flying after multiple emails to the company they told me it was dispatched i rang royal mail they hadn't received any package so i phoned qured to find out was was going on for them to tell me its not been dispatched they assured me that it will be with me next day and it still hasn't turned up good job i didn't trust them as im flying this thursday! reordered from assured screening and that arrived next day i still do not have the qured test and they are refusing to refund save your money order some where else!!!

    I have ordered for the pcr fit to travel test kit and paid £198 for 2. It never arrives. I called and sent multiple emails but no one can update me on my delivery status. It has caused extreme stress to me as my flight is due in 72 hours. Never use them ever again!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Before reentry to the US from Ireland, we understood we had to be Covid tested. Two sites were suggested, Qured was one. My first problem was that after ordering the 3 tests for my family, I realized the time requested for the video test was Eastern time, not Irish. I quickly emailed them and the response was immediate, telling me to go to bottom of confirmation email where there would be an ability to either cancel or edit and start again. That did not exist and there was no way for me to correct the time. At the same time I was getting no resolution of this, an announcement came out from the CDC that these tests were no longer necessary. It was a very short time since I had ordered the tests, so I immediately asked if I could cancel my order. Whereas I heard back from them immediately when I was asking about editing my time, hours went by after my request to cancel. When I did finally hear from them, it was to tell me that my order had been shipped. I then emailed immediately that I no longer wanted them and that I would return for a refund because of these unpredictable and extenuating circumstances. I would never have ordered these tests for $141 had I received this latest update from the CDC. Many emails back and forth. They did not budge, not giving me as little as 10% off, not giving me credit for maybe 2 of the tests, not offering ANY solutions, saying "all sales are final," which is a lie. During this time I read their reviews (I should have read them first) and several of the reviews talked about getting at least a 50% refund. So, they cannot be trusted and should not be used. I didn't want to give them even 1 star, but zero wasn't an option.

    Traveling to United State, very quick and efficient service, had a small issue uploading which the customer service team were quick to help and get sorted for me. Would highly recommend
