    I used the video supervised covid rapid test and, while everything worked out in the end, the experience was a bit stressful as their software has some problems. The software could not access the microphone on my iphone, but I was able to do the video test session anyway by using hand signals. Uploading the photo of the test results was a bit difficult as well. All in all, I think it would have been less stressful and about the same price to have gone to a walk-in test clinic.

    Poor customer service and lack of adherence to VeriFLY app even though they have BA and AA plastered on their website. No WR code provided on certificate therefore had to pay VeriFLY to manually approve. Unable to check in online with AA as they could not verify the test result. All in all…not worth the hassle and stress the day before flying!

    1) tests came a full week later than expected, and I could not use them as they arrived after I had left on my trip. 2) I was able to try to use them for a second trip, but could not connect to a doctor. I would connect and then get a message saying the doctor had hung up - this happened three times. Called support twice but no one picked up. Had to get a last minute test from the airport which was both stressful and expensive. 3) contacted customer support to ask for a refund, they brushed me off by saying my camera wasn’t working and that I had been advised to use another device. Neither was true. Bottom line: This service sounds great if it works, but if it doesn’t be prepared to be frustrated and unable to get a good resolution as their customer service and support is terrible.

    Nope, nope, nope. Purchased this test to fly to the United States, they made mistake in the date. They resent the test with a valid date after hour-long conversation with the support, but Turkish Airlines rejected this test and said it is not valid. Had to run and made a test at the Istanbul Airport. Please, don't use this service.
