  1. Review titled Great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Attended centre this afternoon for a suspected hand fracture, staff were extremely attentive and very helpful and friendly. Was told there was about a two hour wait but was seen, had x-rays and then seen again for results inside the two hours. I know that sometimes the wait can be much longer but the staff were quick to give updates and make sure you were ok Many thanks DBell

  2. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I attended with a foot injury which turned out to be a broken toe. I was very impressed with the staff and the service. Kind and professional throughout. We are lucky to have this service. I got an x Ray really quickly and the result came through quickly as well. But even if I’d had to wait longer it would have been so worth it. Thank you to everyone.

Yes the wait times were long but the staff were absolutely amazing, very personable, respectful and I felt like I was the first patient of the day not one of the last. Thank you NHS Nottingham you are awesome.

  4. Review titled Triage nurse poor bedside manner

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Reception and staff upon entrance of the treatment centre were lovely and welcoming. When called in for my triage appointment, the nurse was rude, uncaring and interrogatory towards me. I felt immediately as if I was wasting everyone’s time and had to justify my decision to use this service, despite being advised by the health service. As someone who is greeting people, I feel it is important to be understanding and compassionate when someone is particularly using a walk in/urgent care service. I myself work for the NHS, and was embarrassed and upset by the degrading way I was spoken to and treated, as this is not a reflection for many of the individuals who work selflessly to put patients first. Really disappointed by this service, as this is the first time using any urgent treatment/walk in centre.
