Leaving review for my 89 year old father who had recent eye treatment at Newmedica Eye Health Clinic & Surgical Centre - Leeds. Fantastic service, friendly team and excellent care and treatment received during the two procedures. My fathers eye sight vastly improved and recovering period super quick and painless.

My daughter took me to my first consultation last week and we were both extremely impressed with the level of care and service we received. I was very nervous but every single member of staff that spoke to us, put me at ease and answered any questions we had. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. I am definitely feeling more confident about returning for my procedure now as I know I will be in safe hands.

From first contact to leaving after my operation everything was so professional, the staff very friendly and supportive. Now waiting for the other eye to be done. Would recommend this facility to anyone who needs eye treatment. Thanks too all.

I had a cataract removed. Excellent experience. Very professional, efficient, caring, friendly staff. Looking forward to my next procedure. Thoroughly recommend this practice.

I was rather apprehensive about the procedure beforehand because of the importance of my eyesight and the delicate, sensitive nature of it's function in my life and activities. I need not have worried. Everyone I engaged with (medical and non-medical) was kind, re-assuring, friendly and helpful. The service was first class and I was very impressed. Thank you very much.

I was referred by my optician towards end of November 2023 by 8th December I had my first cataract removed and my 2nd on 11th January I was very wary about what would happen but all the staff were so reassuring and helpful I was put at ease Contact was made regularly before and after my operations and I would advise anyone who needs their cataracts removing to have no doubt about using Medica. I am so pleased and grateful Thank you

All the staff, the receptionists, the nurses, the doctors and anyone else who works at Newmedica are exceptional. They are efficient and kind and caring and friendly and always extremely helpful and supportive. I am delighted with the results of my cataract surgerys

As my previous experience, in 2018, the atmosphere was very calm, controlled and pleasant.I was offered coffee on arrival ! I am an NHS patient. I received excellent care ,as well as a compassionate, understanding kindness from both the receptionist on duty, and the Consultant. I wrote to the Consultant to thank him, and also asked him to thank the receptionist on duty, as she had noted ( on returning my revised medical details)that I had recently experienced the death of my husband. She made a special effort to offer her condolences. I will not forget her thoughtfulness.The Consultant exuded confidence ,was positive and cheerful and explained what would happen as well as answering all my questions with grace and patience. I would highly recommend this clinic , now having been there for three procedures during the last five years.
