I read the reviews before my visit and can only add that I understand why this clinic has such a good name. Courteous and friendly staff , spacious , comfortable and well laid out waiting area . The procedure I had was fully explained to me beforehand by the opthamologist . A very positive experience all round .

Firstly,the staff were so kind and helpful and went out of their way to put me at ease. The building was clean,well lit and had a calming atmosphere. Finally,the doctor was calm,friendly and professional.He explained everything clearly before and after...the operation went very smoothly and I am completely satisfied.

The staff and surgeon could not have treated me better. I was at all times treated as a person and not a number! My wife was also treated with kindness and respect.

What a delight to receive such prompt, caring and skillful attention throughout both my cataract operations. Having prepared myself for a long wait I was surprised to get appointments within about three weeks. I cannot speak too highly of the staff especially my surgeon who explained everything so well. The clinic has a relaxing waiting area with TV, WiFi, self service tea, coffee and biscuits. Free car parking. I was very impressed with the efficency and punctuality at this clinic.

Had cataract op. on a Sunday morning after having assessment a few days earlier. Both occasions very few people on car park, and in practice. All staff are brilliant, very relaxing place. As for the operation itself, just could not fault it at all. Had 1st. cataract op. at N&N which was also brilliant job, but so much more relaxed and convenient at Newmedica. Once again thanks to all involved.
