From arrival to pre op then on the day of the cataract surgery everyone was thoughtful and mindful. Nothing was too much trouble. I will not say everyone from reception to the surgeon were brilliant because they were all equally excellent. I am more than happy to recommend this quite outstanding service. Thankyou

Thankyou very much - I had three appointments in all- initial assessment with clear advice involving need for biopsy - pre and post op very good - further professional surgery with excellent results with brilliant final closure and removal of offending cells - completed with suture removal and post op care - brilliant follow up care from both surgical team and admin staff with reinforcement for clinic dates via mobile - couldn’t fault any parts for my experience

From the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave you are treated with respect and dignity. The reception team are very welcoming and friendly, the team that provide the various checks are very professional the pre op team were first class especially the young lady I saw who was absolutely amazing and finally the team at the surgery stage you just could not get better. Overall a first class service provided by Newmedica working on behalf of the NHS. For the service you get you would be expecting to receive a rather large invoice the great news is that you do not. I can not thank them enough for the service provided to myself. Thanks to you all.

Extreme efficiency from start to finish. The whole process ran smoothly and we were kept well informed about what was happening and when. All staff were kind and thoughtful and outstanding in dealing with an elderly Alzheimer sufferer. Allowing mum to choose her own music in the operating room was the cherry on the icing!

From assessment to having surgery only a few Days later at Newmedica on Broadland business park Norwich the whole treatment was outstanding! Greates with smiles at every point and everything explained so well. Looking forward to second cataract being removed as difference first has made so far will make a huge difference to me.

The staff at the clinic were outstandingly efficient and communicative. The processes ran to time and smoothly so. All staff dealt with an elderly, scared Alzheimers patient with grat thoughtfulness and care - even down to her choosing her favourite music to play during the procedure. Exceptional in every way!
