The Consultant Director has superb specialist expertise, which I needed after another service provider could no longer help me. I found the overall service professional and friendly. I felt listened to at my consultation and was made to feel very comfortable on the day of my complex operation. My thanks go to all the staff for their care and attention.

Very professional staff. At the initial consultation they made made sure that I was fully aware of the stages of the cataract procedure and offered advice/ reassurance as necessary. On the day of the procedure everything was so calm and ordered and went much smoother than I could have imagined. Again the team were very helpful and considerate of my individual needs. The actual cataract procedure seemed to take very little time, it was completely painless, and I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was complete.

From initial visit to eye surgery itself, Newmedica were brilliant. Very professional, caring staff and a great environment in which I felt comfortable and well looked after. I'd had a previous cataract replacement (10 years ago), that did not go well and was very apprehensive about having a second eye done. All my concerns were allayed by the staff at Newmedica and they even arranged for someone to support/hold my hand during the operation. I couldn't recommend the staff at the Worcester centre enough. They were brilliant.

I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I was on time. I was very warmly greeted and right on time, the technician called me and we began the eye test and readings. Very professional and quick. Next was the review by the optometrist who again went through my tests and explained the laser treatment process thoroughly. I felt very comfortable and confident by the consultation so when it came to the laser treatment itself, I had no worries at all. From my first contact with the technician to departure, I was there for about 25 minutes! I could not have asked for a better service and of course, my right eye is giving me perfect vision. The whole process was flawless.

All the staff were highly professional & extremely friendly. Every part of the procedure was explained and I was made to feel very relaxed. There was ample car parking, the facility was clean and free drinks (coffees, teas & water) available .

Having cataracts taken from both eyes here. I can only say how wonderful was the whole experience . Nothing too much trouble , The staff were so kind ,caring and professional.I was a little scared when first arriving but there was no pain and no problems . Thank you to all your staff at Worcester
