Tried to get appointment for my child phoned twice as doctor supposed to be ringing, no phone call all day. Rang surgery next morning 8.06am already huge cue can’t speak to them rang again hour later que 27!! Really this surgery is a joke now given appointment via text message as usual furthest place to go and I’m disabled. Tried to speak to them can’t get through. This surgery was great when years ago, but now doctors are too busy working elsewhere jokers

My special needs child was poorly today with a sore throat and ear infection (05/10) and after spending hours trying to phone with no answer I then had to take my Son to the practice to request an emergency appt/ prescription. The receptionist on duty at 13:50 was obnoxious, uncaring and dismissive. Abruptly told me absolutely "no chance " of an appt and to dial 111 or go to a&e My family have been registered at this practice for many years and used to receive fantastic, caring service. What has happened to the Staff and service at this Medical Centre!!! This practice has gone downhill fast and have no confidence with them at all. The receptionist needs training in patient care and the service here needs investigating !!

I have had 3 superb outcomes recently with this practice. Excellent because I was seen my a medical specialist within a few days which I consider to be phenominal. Two appointments for skin problems and one for a back problem when I was referred to a practice physio within two days. Maybe it is due to the fact that I am not fussy about seeing the same doctor or going to a different surgery. Either way it has worked very well for me.

I am on treatment that leaves me immunosupressed, I believe I have a chest infection (feeling quite poorly), phoned today to be met by an obnoxious receptionist who huffed when I explained my situation then told no appointments try again tomorrow. Icing on the cake was being told "well phone 111 if you're that bad". Disgusting uncaring and a shadow of its former self. Avoid this practice if you can.

Holding on for over an hour to speak to anyone. Very poor customer service. Unfriendly staff! Shame because it used to be a very food practice.

I have been told that my child must wait over a month before a doctor will review the health problem. (How long will we then have to wait for doctor to contact us, or – shock horror – attend an appointment?). This information was not shared with me when I first contacted the surgery; I found out when their lack of response prompted me to follow up, having waited over two weeks since initial contact with the surgery. The receptionist was struggling with basic aspects of the job and was unpleasant and smug.

Contacted Wednesday a.m. in pain re sleepless night & acute gout attack. Despite continuing pain, further sleepless nights & 3 further calls now 5 dsys later its Monday & still no contact.

I made a mistake with reordering a prescription and the practice phoned me about it. The lady was cheerful, respectful and even injected some humour into the conversation which alleviated any anxiety I had. I have been a patient at this practice for 40 years and always enjoyed excellent service and medical attention for a variety of problems. many the results of a lifetime of sport and now the progress of old age. My sincere thanks to all at Greenmount.

I have been a patient for the last 7 months I have many problems with myhealth but I have excellant service from nurses and doctors and helpful front desk staff and help when telephoning I cannot fault them in any way

Contacted GP via eConsult for a chronic problem. The next day I had a response, tests done in surgery and prescription given. Lovely and professional GP and practice nurse. Thank you.
