    On the telephone for 40 min .. was 1st in the queue . Thought it would maybe 10 min wait . No!!! 40 minutes later still no answer had to put the phone down . I’ll try again tomorrow. I’m in the caring profession too and worked through the pandemic .. now it comes to my family and care can’t even get an appointment or get to talk to a GP . Disgusting .

    On several occasions in the past year now it has been impossible to get an appointment, the receptionists are rude and unhelpful and refuse to arrange an appointment, even after having called out of hours and being assessed by a clinician, who advised to call them back and remind them they have a duty of care and that i needed an emergency appointment or call back, now 3 weeks on in severe pain and still no appointment or even a chance of one

    Having contacted the practice via ask my GP for my 8 year old who has suffered a trauma. I was told via ask my GP I would be contacted within 7 days as it is not a medical emergency. 11 days later I have still not been contacted. Once a good practice is now absolutely terrible.

    As stated, I reported to NHS England 3 years ago with serious concerns about the decline in patient care. This was a great surgery that cared and helped people with health difficulties.

    I had to wait 23 days for a clinician to contact me -admittedly for a non urgent phone consultation. Was told to keep my phone with me the whole day as there was no indication of a time slot. Left me wondering what do people do that work in retail/hospitality/construction and a host of other employment sectors handle this as holding onto your phone all day awaiting a phone call with no indication when would be almost impossible. Plus I have no doubt a lot of employers wouldn’t be happy with this anyway. Find it hard to believe that they are not able to narrow down a time-slot at the very least am or p.m. Also just been on the site you cannot leave a message because it only opens from eight till 11!! This is also not the easiest site to navigate and I feel sorry for people that are not particularly computer savvy. Would agree with the comment earlier it’s about time that this practice stops hiding behind Covid and actually delivers the service which they are paid by us to do.

    Saw a really caring GP Found him a breath of fresh air positive attitude, very helpful, kind, condiderate and caring person. His parents must be very proud of him as he genuinely wants to help people. The surgery is short-staffed and seems to be working under great pressure. I wish it was back to how it used to be, well staffed and no shortage of doctors.

    Trying to get a dr to fill in form; paid £20 she missed an important section; 3 months later doc still being difficult. Receptionist just not helpful.

    I’m still waiting for a prescription although I had a face to face appointment six days ago & still waiting to be telephoned back four working days ago. After being 18th in the telephone to number one in the queue to then be on hold for a further seven minutes.

    Last in a long line of failings, I submitted an online request for an appointment, basically explaining I was in a level 10 pain situation and saying how I was in a dark place and considering * stuff * I was made a face to face appointment that they didn't actually bother telling me about. The receptionist then took an attitude at me for not magically knowing about the appointment, then offered an appointment in 4 days, when I explained I didn't have it in me to wait that long, I was informed that if I was going to start she would hang up. Use to be an amazing doctors until they were taken over and now its like they couldn't care less, not that they don't try to care less. Gate keeping receptionists refusing to give appointments, if you actually manage to win one the doctors don't seem to care either. They actually have an amazing nurse but the chance to see her isn't worth the attitude of the rest of the staff.
