    Thank you so much for my visit, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and really appreciate their time. I was extremely nervous and every single personal I interacted with, reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Never had this good of service from a department, in the hospital before. Thank you !!!

    I was in ent for a day surgery and the entire staff nurses and doctors were absolutely superb and made me so confident about what was happening before and after thank you all

    Was sent by ambulance to NGH. Was seen pretty quickly, then a 2 hour wait for a bed - which was fine. (I try to remember if I lived in the Third World I'd have to walk for 3 days just to get to the hospital) Then sent to Head and Neck ward. All staff were caring and attentive. Huge thanks to the doctors, nurses and domestic staff. I'm extremely grateful for all the great care I received. PS Food was brilliant.

    Spent the early hours at A&E with my daughter who had dislocated her shoulder. Cannot fault the care taken by everyone from the doctors, nurses, ancillary staff and radiographer. Lots of bad things are said about the NHS but absolutely fabulous treatment given to us. Thanks to all involved.

    I am a volunteer driver based in Towcester. I took a cancer patient to Towcester Medical Centre this morning. The nurse there informed me the patient is vert unwell and needs transferring to Northants hospital S Tech ward as she was very dehydrated. As an ambulance would be too long in coming, I was asked to take her. I did this and having consulted a nurse in A & E was told to take the patient straight to S Tech ward. When I arrived there, a nurse informed me I was in the wrong place and told that Towcester Medical Centre had no followed protocol. I said the patient is very ill. The nurse then said, and I quote. It's not my problem, take her back to A & E, I am busy with another problem.

    I have just spent 3 days in Spencer Blue ward. The staff were excellent, caring and so hardworking. The ward was very busy and therefore noisy but overall I was very impressed

    I attended the Forrest Centre Breast Screening Service Department at Northampton Hospital and I cannot fault the service I have received. My mammogram was on time and I received an ultrasound scan shortly after. My whole appointment took 30 minutes. The Doctor and nurses were extremely professional, kind, caring, friendly and reassuring at a very stressful time. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my appointment. I cannot thank them enough for the service that I have received today.

    Waiting for a fitting of my hearing aid appointment cancelled twice tried to explain to audiology my hearing aid is not working I need my new one.the response was rubbish useless service
