Reception packed with five five employees using this small room as a good hiding place. They were requesting in arrogant tone from every single visitor to put on masks though none of those 'ladies' wore one. By not keeping basic covid precautions into a practice they are putting us the patients into a risk of spreading the covid bags.

Arrived for an ultrasound was 5 mins late due to an accident. Staff did not acknowledge me saw other patients and then got their coats and left with me still in the waiting room. The whole department was empty and I was left there on my own.

Fortunately I rarely use our health service but in my time of need I found 111, the paramedics and the Bedford hospital team who looked after me were outstanding. They explained everything step be step to ensure I knew what was happening. Thank you so much

Great treatment in the oral maxilla-facial department. Doctor removed cancerous lump from my face and was so careful there is now hardly any scarring. People who didn’t know cannot even guess what procedure had been undertaken. The doctor was very understanding of my nervousness and did all he could to reassure me. The receptionist in this unit is so pleasant friendly and helpful she puts patients at ease as soon as they approach the desk. Have been totally happy with my experience. Thank you.
