This time I did not even bother using the new app , it's so annoying. I called @ 8am ,2nd in the Que, receptionist answered within 5 minutes, I explained the reason for my call, receptionist was polite and professional, offered me a face 2 face appointment 4 the same day, i requested a phone appointment 1st, no problem, 9.30 Doctor called , as I was at work I was given the option to send images of my symptom b4 medication could be given, Dr text me a secure site to send images , within 5 minutes of sending images DR called me back and agree ed to provide me with medication and even offered to send the prescription to a pharmacy close to where I was. very good fast efficient service ....Thank you

I managed to book an appointment very easily on their ask first app. After adding a few details the app booked me a telephone consultation with the doctor, the doctor then asked me to come in. Very good service and a wonderful doctor, receptionist also very helpful

I asked for a f/f appointment at 8am and I was seen at 9.30 am on the same day. The doctor couldn’t have been nicer. She listened without rushing me, was very patient with me. We went through my problems and she was able to find the crux of the issues affecting me. Not all the doctors are as considerate as the one who had seen me, she was brilliant with me. Simple words are not enough to express my gratitude to her.

I went and booked a tele app yesterday at 8 am. At 810 I had a phone call and was asked to go to the surgery. This is excellent in my opinion. Over the years I have had a few health problems and I have always received this service. Would recommend these doctors without hesitation .

My wife and I have recently had occasion to use the practice more frequently and over the past couple of weeks and our doctor has been most accommodating to our needs. Especially as she had to deal with an issue over medication.
