The doctors make u wait for about an hour before looking at you. When your 4 mins late because of a new born baby they don't want to check you in and have to rebook the appointment. Absolutely rubbish service I would never recommend anybody to go there. Thank you

i have a number of health issues, and my situation is complex, instead of being helped easier due to my problems my emails go unanswered for a few days and my requests go unfulfilled, there is a consistent lazy work ethic and complacency which is seriously affecting quality of care and service to the patients! they are still using COVID as an excuse and not updating service and delivery of need requirements.

Whenever I call to go at 8am call went to intercom atleast for 1 hr. And after 1 hr waiting still no one receives the call I am shocked that if someone needs appointment then how they will get it

I cannot express how amazing this practice is. Others are always suprised at how quickly I get a response from this surgery. I have received medication, advice as well as mental health consultations from the staff here and they are absolute diamonds- all of them. Wonderful human beings

I wish I can rate them less than 1 star. Called for a consultation on my thyroid dosage medication - given a phone call appointment in 10 days. No one called or left a message or follow it up (despite they saying they did) so had to call again and made another appointment - again in 10 days time so total 20 days waiting for a phone call consultation !! Had to book a blood test - earliest date - month +5 days. Overall will take me more than 2 months to get an answer from them ! Bit of a joke and no wonder they are put under "special measures". Things need to change drastically !
