    Had a CT scan in new J block on 9/4 amazing facility and care, arrived early and seen early . On 10/4 had Urology appt . Whole team from reception to nurses , doctor and consultant were amazing . Urology dept is modern and clean, well designed and so efficient . Arrived early , seen early , lady taking bloods was superb , so kind and calming . Fully briefed on what was happening and told process . The three ladies that did the procedure were also amazing and reassuring and funny too , lots of smiles to take my worry away . I cannot thank Urology and Radiology enough for the care and compassion I recieved . My mind is now at ease for the first time in ages . Please pass on my sincere thanks to the teams involved with my care .

    Visit to Churchill unit gave me a first class treatment from each and every staff member that I met. Honest and empathetic care from Consultant and all the nursing staff. ECG practitioner was excellent. Pharmacy was efficient even though very busy. Special mention to the nurses who took blood and taught me how to take swabs and self inject. NB ham and cheese panini was superb!

    My visit today ( Same day Emergency Treatment) proved yet again what excellent caring staff that I have been very fortunate to have encountered on my latest health journey. The people and equipment available were outstanding. Bolton NHS doing great work for me in a very special way. Thanks again.

    On the 17th April , I attended for Cataract Surgery, terrified wasn't the word. However I had no need to be, everyone was friendly and professional, the whole procedure was quick and totally painless. Now I know how bad my eyesight had become. Would 100% recommend it.

    Visited J block 1st floor for consultation regarding colorectal condition. Receptionist, Nurses and Consultant were of the highest standard of professional behaviour making my appointment as caring and thorough as was possible. Accurately and thoroughly explained all facets and possibilities for me with concerned understanding. Excellent care again, many thanks again.

    Receptionists were friendly and welcoming ; explanations were clear and easy to understand. Appointment was on time. Clinician was knowledgeable, explained the process and made me feel comfortable throughout.

    I was admitted on Saturday 09/03/2023 and treatment that I received was fantastic. All of the staff doctors, nurses, porters etc where extremely friendly and relaxed putting me at ease.

    Would absolutely not recommend Bolton for antenatal scans ive now missed the threshold for 20 week scan due to rude woman on reception when I asked could I change my appointment due to having 3 other children and do not drive appointment was booked for 5pm explained getting to the hospital for that time with 3 children on 3 busses is impossible as children don’t come out of school till 3:35pm and the hospital is miles away from the school / my home I told the lady on the reception could come any time in the morning or early afternoon her reply to me was “ well that’s not my problem it’s been left to late so there’s nothing you can do “ now awaiting management phone call.

    I’ve had to go to this unit 3 times in the last 6 months. Every time the staff have been 100% what our NHS is all about, especially one particular person from my first visit who really looked after me. Well done and keep up the great work you all do and let the moaners be moaners.

    All staff members at the Royal Bolton hospital, G floor Day centre. They were amazing. They are very welcoming, very friendly and professional. Also, I can see that they are totally snowed under with the tons of volumes of life-saving work. They still managed to keep smiling and be courteous with all patients, including me. They should all be given heroes medals, and a well deserving, overdue payment rise. Proper pay rise.
