Had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Doctor arrived 1.5 hours late. Was not told about the delay when arrived but became very obvious as time went on. There did seem to be other doctors that cleared all their patients and did wonder why they could not have helped.

I waited fr five minutes to see doctor ,in the minor surgery clinic ,she was a lovely doctor never felt a thing just a little jab in my knee

I was waiting for a telephone consultation at 14.20 .waited no phone call rang a few times receptionist kept saying he hasn't got you he finishes at18.30 rang yet again at 19.00 and you was shut I never even got a phone saying sorry he can't ring you I was a nervous wreck waiting day ruined

Great doctors an reception staff always do there best to help if need appointment or need to speak to somebody.also there friendly an polite when I've spoke to them

My son has had an urgent referral to a dietician, we are unable to make the date provided and was advised this would be rearranged on our behalf. 3 weeks later, nothing has been rearranged. The GP was extremely helpful and advised that she would get this sorted this week. Not even 1 hour later the receptionist called and asked have we tried to rearrange ourselves as “they’re just going to tell me the same thing”. Therefore hadnt even bothered to ring and get this sorted. My son is 4 months old and has been suffering since he was 4 weeks, it is unacceptable.

Cannot even get a urine sample tested by a nurse or doctor until 20 days. It is now second time in nearly 3 weeks GP Alliance have helped me get my elderly mother some treatment instead of her own GP. All the staff are friendly and polite but at the end of the day it is no use ringing if you cannot get to see your GP once within 3 weeks.

First time needing to see a doctor in a long time. Reception staff were polite and got me an appointment straight away, I didn’t have to wait. Seen the doctor who was great, took his time with me and explained everything.

Had a call booked regarding a blood test taken two week ago. Was given an appointment for a call back at 16:10. No one had called by 17:00 called the surgery, was cut off after 3 minutes, when I did call back, it took 20 minutes to answer, when the call was answered by a unhelpful obnoxious person, I was told the doctor had tried to call 3 times whilst on hold to the surgery. No apology for not calling when promised, I now have to fill in a form to book another appointment, as apparently it’s my fault they couldn’t get thru when trying to find out what was happening. How about don’t mess people about, you want us to attend appointments on time, but treat us like dirt, when you can’t even call patients on time. How about an apology? Your service is well not even a service, a centre of obnoxious receptionists.

Greeted by a lovely lady on reception she was extremely helpful and polite. The gp was excellent and took the time to listen and explore the reason for my visit. I came out feeling more reassured and couldn't have been ore grateful.
