trying to get an appointment is impossibe. told to que outside at 7.45 just to be told all appointments had gone. tried ringing the day after bang on 8 oclock number ten in the que to be told all appointments had gone. what do you have to do? staff dont care and just fob you off on the phone

trying to get an appointment when blood pressure very high impossible advised to ring 111, i find this unacceptable when i work long hours and would appreciate help when needed. i think the best action will to move my practice as this isnt the first time this has happened

In January 2024 I was referred urgently by the doctor for a camera, she said she was concerned and I was referred immediately Everyone as the surgery has been fantastic, the receptionists, doctors - I couldnt have asked for better treatment - nothing is too much trouble. I have had to deal with the surgery on numerous occasions due to this issue and they have been great

I’ve been ringing everyday for the last 6 weeks I need a pain killing injection every six months in my right hand I can’t pre book appointment and only doctor does them the problem with surgery is the booking system giving all appointments to people queuing outside from 7.30 some of us have school runs to do or need to be in work before surgery opens so ringing is only option you can be number 1 in phone queue and still no appointments left not even for emergencies the practice manager is useless she’s rude and cannot run the practice at all the receptionists are abrupt and rude think they have experience in medical knowledge but do not this used to be a good surgery with nice staff and getting appointments was easy but now it’s disgusting you feel like if you ring you have no chance of getting an appointment unless your in the queue from 7.30 it doesn’t even open till 8am they give all appointments to those waiting outside totally wrong this I would give this practice zero stars if I could have not seen one good review anywhere about it until a proper booking system gets in place and the practice manager is changed then the surgery will go downhill even though it already if the receptionists are rude the practice manager is unable to run the place what chance do patients have of seeing a doctor

This surgery needs shutting down the worst surgery ever. The receptionists have the worst attitude they tell you to ring up at 8 am soon as you do ring they don’t have any appointments apparently. The staff are really unhelpful and sit there chatting away unprofessional would not recommend even if it was the last surgery on earth!!! All of their ratings are appalling I am suprised the CQC haven’t started to investigate this surgery.

Honestly the worst experience trying just book an appointment. Called immediately after 8 o'clock only for the line to appointments and general inquiries to be full (pretty sure they're not even open). Went in after work to try and arrange a telephone appointment and was told they cant be prearranged and to try the non existent number again in the morning. Terrible service, and the staff were unhelpful in actually trying to assist, just vainly apologetic. Actually going to register at another GP now - avoid at all costs

The switchboard seems to be only switched on some minutes after 8am. I was phoning repeatedly as fast as I could, but when it did connect, I was 25th in the queue. Have already been there, holding for an hour to get to 1. When they answered, all the appointments had gone. It is unsatisfactory to say the least and has been like this for at least a year. Some times I have given up and just hoped I didn't die. I cannot get my elderly mother, 85, seen to. We don't know if the problem is trivial, serious, or treatable - until we have seen a healthcare professional, preferably a doctor, about it. I am very upset and distressed about this state of affairs and it triggers my anxiety and makes that worse as well. Why do they do not take forward bookings, then you would have some chance of being seen, even if these must be triaged by admin staff. Currently, there seems no chance, seems we must wait until seriously ill then try for A & E.

It’s now been over 8 weeks that I have been trying to get an appointment with my Dr.. Online appointments opens at 6.30am to see none available, then you go to the surgery early in the morning to queue up and then be told no appointments left or if you ring at 8am exactly lines don’t open until actually later than that, as no matter how many times I try I just get the same voice recording over and over again “Sorry Your Call Cannot Be Completed at Present, try again later”… I have been trying for months now. Once that I finally get through then to find out that my Dr. She’s in holiday which is fair enough but I suffer with severe health issues and I need to see my Dr. I have left them an online message as some people with severe health conditions should have a slightly more priority even tho we all are in the same boat, I’m on 18 tablets everyday and it’s already a task for me to go out. I know the NHS are underfunded but this surgery needs better staff turnaround as some of the staff just don’t care and they just get argumentative with you. Worse case scenario I will have to change surgery even tho I really don’t want to as my Dr, knows what I am going through and knows my conditions.

The reception staff and doctors are lovely, but when you go online or contact the gp at 8am, there is a wait of 25 people, and you can never get an appointment, I've contacted a number of times, and been told there are no appointments. Really unsure how you can get an appointment when needed at this gp, leading to having to use a and e un necessarily.

Rang at 8am and continued to ring to get in the queue for 15 minutes without success Rang again at 8-45 joined the queue as caller number 2 held on for 45 minutes to be then be told there were no available appointments but if I rang 111 very likely that they could get my 15 year old son an appointment !!! Alternatively we could go to A&E which we did and received excellent treatment from the hospital staff This surgery is failing to serve the registers patients to the detriment of the users and I would suggest the staff moral
