Fantastic help from the practice helping to get my elderly mother registered there in a few hours and a home visit the following day, couldn’t recommend this practice enough!! They have been amazing.

Quick response to my phone call, the Doctor gave me a examination he said all was fine which gave me peace of mind and advice on my problem on what to eat and drink carry on as normal

My recent appointment was in regards to having my flu jab and covid jab The nurse who saw to me was polite and professional and showed a real interest in me as a patient

Rang on Monday 16/10 to see if I could have pain relief tablets prescribed by the out of hours GP last month I put in a medication request as advised by the receptionist I did this on 17/10 then received a text saying I needed a review on 18/10 Tried ringing for to get medication for my hip pain whilst awaiting surgical replacement hip rang for appointment at 8am on Wednesday but message said all appointments for today have gone Irang at 10-30am and got through at 11am and was told that I could have an appointment on 15/11/23 to review my medication and told to ring out of hours number to get medication they prescribed last time as have no tablets left I now have phone appointment on Friday evening at 8-30pm so until then I will be in pain and not sleeping so frustrating.

I had an appointment scheduled. The practice recognised that their member of staff was going to be off and rescheduled my appointment sooner. It was for a cortisone injection and I was well informed about the process and aftercare. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable.

I needed a review of my cancer pain medication - not only did I get seen quickly but the Doctor had made himself familiar with my issues beforehand and we quickly agreed on changes to my medication. First class service

I have been a patient here a short while over a year since moving areas. This practice is outstanding, the caring nature of the doctors, nursing and reception staff speaks volumes to me. I have seen various doctors for both myself and my two sons and each time I have been met with kindness, support, professionalism and felt overall listened to and comfortable. I can see that the drs and nurses are so busy at this practice with huge demand on their time/ service but this does not affect their consultations with you and they go above and beyond at all times. You are always greeted with a smile. I just want to say thank you to you all all the drs I have seen for myself and my son you have treated us all with dignity, respect and kindness and that is why I am writing this review. It is reassuring to know I have a good and reliable GP practice that I can turn to for medical/ nursing care. Furthermore your reception staff are the window to the surgery and they have all been amazing on every occasion I have rang or visited the surgery: they work hard on every occasion and let’s face it do face the brunt of things when days are busy and frustrations set in! So a big thank you to all of them Carry on being amazing all of you!

Had an issue that’s been on my mind for a while , this looked at and and sorted. Also mentioned another issue while attending, and again resolved in no time at all .
