    2nd time seen Karen found I had af last time this time only medical practitioner to try and resolve my dizziness showing her my blood pressure results took them into a doctor she is really trying to sort it out for me thanks Karen

    Managed to get a same day appointment, felt respected, the doctor was lovely and took the time to check in on well-being aswell as help on the appointment, great service

    I have recently registered with this practice after 68 years with my previous doctor. The registration process was quick easy efficient and friendly. I have had my new patient review and a phone consultation with my new doctor to assess my current medications and I found it to be thorough caring and very up to date. Was a little apprehensive changing doctors after a lifetime with my previous practice but I needn't have worried. All as I would have wished for. Thank you.

    The reception staff quick to anger or give negative attitude towards patients, lacking listening and empathy skills. The surgery standards are continually deteriorating, the patient check-in system not working anymore now a notice board; the system to call patient turned off for some reason maybe saving electricity; and the toilets appear not getting proper regular cleaning. Do not know why this is been left to deteriorate for a modern facility, sad really, but the staff quick to have a go at patients,

    Problems getting appointments with go. Regularly have long queues before phone calls being answered. Some delays in what receptionist says they have done ie: repeat prescription queries and actually getting it right. I had to ring 3 separate times to sort it. My experience with practice pharmacist once I spoke to him was very good though.

    They always notify by texts or calls whenever there is something required like a blood test or to monitor blood pressure, they send reminder which is great in case the patient forgets and they give accurate and detailed informations for any questions a patient may have.
