The reception staff are rude, judgemental, and without empathy. They think they have some given right to treat patients with contempt and as if they have zero intelligence. The reception staff have no medical qualification and need to remember this. Dangerous practice to consider themselves otherwise. The doctors operate in a similar manner as with many businesses, the employees reflect the leadership. Some of the Doctors think that they are so knowledgeable that they can diagnose a patient without either seeing or speaking to them, relying on the handover of their junior staff and decreeing a diagnosis. Very dangerous practice indeed. I fear the number of missed serious conditions. One Doctor in particular has an aversion to onward referral or appropriate testing. Overall, the practice is dangerous and disrespectful. I would not recommend.

Rude and unhelpful. Would not listen to me and then hung up. Rang back and asked to speak to practice manager but was told this was not possible.
