I have been waiting for a referral since February and had still been waiting till now for them to sort it eveytine you rang it was still with the doctor so ended moving doctors

After failing to book appointement several times ,booked a phone call for 4 weeks hence. On day, call was 20 min late, and immediately cut off as soon as picked phone up. No return of call and doctor marked appointment as finished.disgusting service.

Yesterday I attended surgery to speak with a GP about my 11 month old daughter and her chicken pox. The receptionist put me down on a call back list and said we'd have a call that morning. We got the call from a male GP who assessed her symptoms over the phone and asked me to bring my daughter down within the door. He greeted us very pleasantly and made a fuss of my daughter who was extremely grumpy and unwell at the time. He did a thorough examination of her and prescribed advice and medications to help treat her symptoms. He was lovely to talk too and took his time to assess her properly and make a fuss. Overall I was very happy with our treatment at Stable Fold as new patients
