I attended the gp practice today and met Dr Iftikar. I was amazed at his level of professionalism and how courteous he was. 5 star experience. Ak.

I've been a patient here for a long time but never in my time have I known the standards to drop it is in the gutter. Lets start with the unhelpful receptionist. Thr other one is ok. This one god help us, not only does she realise how hard it is to get through you have to ring like 50 times then when you do get through she is rude to you as well as patronising. What is the practice manager doing. Prescriptions no longer on time and appointments are not being booked. I booked an appointment online which wasn't honoured only to be later advised we don't offer online anymore well how about removing that option to stop confusion and having a better more improved process of booking so sick patients do not require 50 or so calls to speak to someone. Let's not pretend you've see no improvement. Avoid at all costs.

If 0 stars were possible this doctor's surgery would get 0. Worst doctors in town. You have to ring about 300 plus calls to get through to the receptionist who have alot of attitude when dealing with your call. This is just one section of the problem the doctor is even worse when talking to the doctor about an issue regarding your health you are interrupted by the doctor who will not even listen to your full symptoms and then turn around and say i have another appoitment book can you hurry up. The worst perfessional doctor ever.
