A brilliant service. You get an appointment when you need. Consultation was excellent, prescribed the medication I needed and which was sent directly to my local pharmacy.

I had all my expectations cleared at the rate I was requesting . I was on the same wavelength as the Dr and they were excellent . Very very helpful and they organized my prescriptions . Just amazing experience. Thankyou so much Issa you are really good and I appreciate it.

I may have a slight meds clash so rang to speak to someone and was called back within an hour. Having explained the symptoms a course of action was determined and an appointment made for the next day to start the test and advice given.

Had a review over the telephone and was asked to come into the practice at the end of morning surgery. I was seen and a blood test and an x Ray was organised and medication sent straight through to my chemist. All done in an efficient and friendly manner

I have never had a bad experience at this practice. I had my first face to face consultation with Dr on 8th April. I was not well and had significant abdominal pain. She was lovely, I felt so reassured with he manner and she was thorough. She listened and ordered a multitude of tests. I have had a further telephone consultation today (22/4/24) with her. She was early to call - which worked for me and again listened. I have a management plan for 2 conditions and I am a happy patient. Reception staff are always helpful too I am proud to be a patient here

The staff at this practice are nothing shirt of unhelpful. Initially the receptionist was trying to stop me from making am appointment with the GPS after finally getting thorough the 8am phone call lottery and then when I saw the doctor for a viral ear infection, I was offered a blood test and sent away. Absolute waste of time.

Had a telephone consultation this morning, lasted literally one minute. Unfortunately it was so rushed, i didn’t have chance to ask the Clinician anything. I just got the impression she wanted to finish the conversation asap. I wasn’t any wiser after the consultation than before it. Disappointed.

Great service from all staff today as always, was able to get an emergency appointment in the morning, and was seen by the doctor half an hour later who was extremely efficient and helpful
