Only problem is trying to get through to surgery for an appointment is hard . Also trying to book with a Dr of your choice extremely hard aswell.

Dear Ruks, Thank you for your kind works regarding the doctors. I am sorry to hear that you have had trouble getting through on the phone. The practice has installed a new telephone system that aids us in seeing call volumes and what our busiest times are. We have adjusted staffing levels to try and meet the those call volumes at those times. With regards to choice of Doctor, we do try to prioritise patient choice, provided that Doctor has available appointments at the time the patient requests to see them. To try and resolve these two issues you have mentioned, it may be worth popping into reception to be set up for online access. This will allow you to book appointments online without waiting on the busy telephone lines, and hopefully be able to prebook with the doctor of your choice, dependent on appointment availability. The staff at this practice are nothing shirt of unhelpful. Initially the receptionist was trying to stop me from making am appointment with the GPS after finally getting thorough the 8am phone call lottery and then when I saw the doctor for a viral ear infection, I was offered a blood test and sent away. Absolute waste of time.

Had a telephone consultation this morning, lasted literally one minute. Unfortunately it was so rushed, i didn’t have chance to ask the Clinician anything. I just got the impression she wanted to finish the conversation asap. I wasn’t any wiser after the consultation than before it. Disappointed.

Great service from all staff today as always, was able to get an emergency appointment in the morning, and was seen by the doctor half an hour later who was extremely efficient and helpful

On time. Very considerate. Booking appointments could be a bit easier. The doctor was very kind and knew what she was doing . Not like other doctors who look on google for answers whilst talking to patients. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb bhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thank you

Very helpful every time we need something, great doctors and staff. Every time my son and my family needs something, i call or book an appointment through Nhs app and they are very fast calling.
