Appointment ran on time. All professionals made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Procedure was performed expertly whilst explaining every step. Everybody involved went above and beyond in my care, embodying the core values of the NHS.

I was seen to very quickly which is important when working full time. The staff were very friendly, informative and professional. The only draw back is getting an appointment to take out my stitches. I have been told there are no appointments with a local nurse and that I need to go to A&E to get my stitches removed. Last time I was at A&E we waited 36 hours?

I was made to feel at ease on entering the clinic.I felt very little discomfort having my procedure, the staff where very helpful.

I had minor surgery yesterday, and was really impressed. The surgeon and staff were amazing, they made me feel very much at ease, can’t thank them enough!!

Down to earth Doctor, really easy to talk to. I like that I was able to receive my treatment on a Saturday, therefore not having to take time off work
