I was treated with utmost care and respect and prompt service by a doctor during a difficult and painful time. He took the time to look at all my history and got me help the I needed quickly from specialists. He is real asset to your practice and he is very much appreciated for his hard work and kindness and dedication to his patients. Thank you very much Doctor J C

I was able to access to a face to face appointment both with the doctor and the healthcare assistant. The Doctor was very attentive and re-assuring and most importantly listened to me and discussed with me how we should move forward. The healthcare assistant was very helpful and caring in the way she explained things in layman's terms. The practice communication was second to none. Once I had my appointments, I received reminders by text and was able to download the appointments onto my calendar. All this helps to remind me and save money and time resources within our precious NHS. They also operate a very efficient repeat prescription service when I ordered via Patient Access. The medication order was at my chosen pharmacy within a couple of working days, and they also sent a text to inform me that I could collect it. All in all, a wonderful service. Well done everyone.

I have been attending here for many years and my experience has always been a positive one. Yesterday I saw the healthcare assistant and she was very helpful and I was greeted with a smile. I requested some information from Reception and she went out of her way to assist me. That's one reason why I would recommend this practice.

The initial effort in getting an appointment was a long process and the wait I had to experience whilst I had a confirmed date was also long. However, as usual the service I experienced at the GP was great, and there are no complaints on this end!

Received great advise and help from an amazing GP who actually cares. The Dr I saw is a great listener and you can tell he is passionate about his job. The NHS need more Poole like him.

Mum visited a doctor he was very caring and very helpful in getting my mum immediate care in hospital and now a care home for her, I will be forever grateful for his help and concern about my mum.

I had a consultation with the surgery pharmacist today to discuss my medication needs and adjust them accordingly. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and discussed my requirements in full, and adjusted where necessary as well as asking if had other medication needs. Fully satisfied with the outcome.
