I was attended to promptly, the service was smooth. The doctor I met was friendly. Getting an appointment was also easy, all I did was to make a call. I was also booked for blood tests and ECG on a date and time that's suitable for me. My concern now is for my daughter to get NHS number, for which I have called several times and also done online registration yet she has not gotten a number. Thank you

Everybody at the surgery was extremely kind and professional and went out of their way to help and fit in my injections

Very friendly and experienced staff work there. Send an appointment reminder twice. Waiting time max 20 min. Got the blood test appointment for the same day.

Had an appointment with a doctor I don’t usually use asked for pain relief and got prescribed gaviscon joke in my eyes what do you expect me to do suffer?

Very kind and understanding nurse. Procedure was quick and painless. Only had to wait 5 minutes over my appointment time.

What an improvement over the last 18 months. I know this practice still has a few teething problems, but the phone is answered promptly, I was given options of a phone call, video call or face to face. I met the manager today, who was nothing but lovely. It was great to be treated with a hello whilst she passed me in the waiting room and asked me how I was. Please keep it up ! From a happy customer

Went for a blood test to check my cholesterol as I was put on a statin in August 2023 and was advised to have a blood test after 3 months of starting the medication. I was seen on time and dealt with very promptly and efficiently

The surgery now operates a call back system which keeps your place in the queue and this option is given to patients when they contact the surgery. I am more than happy to talk through this system with you if that helps in anyway, should you encounter any delays in the future.
