My experience for my pre op assessment was very reassuring prior to my operation. The sister was very friendly and professional and was able to answer all my questions and I left feeling much happier about my shoulder replacement and would certainly recommend the service I had.

My father came in for his second cataract operation and I again sat in the reception observing the comings and goings, the staff were again attentive, warm and friendly. Super attentive to those who were vulnerable with a real genuine can do attitude. A really pleasant environment making nervous people feel comfortable.

I was so well looked after during my knee replacement surgery, the nurses, the staff, the doctors. The food was delicious. Nothing was too much. Very professional.

it was brilliant, staff couldn`t have been more helpful, the procedure went very well, my eye is now excellent , it is a great hospital and there is always plenty of parking spaces.

As I have never had cataract surgery I was in trepidation!! On entering the Department I was put fully at ease; and that continued throughout my entire time on the Department. Everyone in the whole Department was amazing. Cant wait for my next trip to Woodlands. Thank you to all of you.

Had cataract op on 24th Jan. From arrival to departure all staff superb! The procedure for other eye can't come soon enough. Thanks again for looking after me.

I attended for a cataract removal and naturally was quite anxious. The staff put me at ease before the procedure with their efficiency and a liitle bit of good humour. Consequently during the procedure I felt as though I could have complete trust in the staff and was able to relax. All went well and so far so good, would recommend to anyone about to go through the same operation.

I attended Woodlands Hospital on 06/11/2023 for Cataract Surgery and from Nursing Staff at reception, through surgery to discharge I found the Ophthalmology Teams people skills, patient care and professionalism throughout first class and award 5 Stars. To-date by following the Discharge Teams instructions I have not experienced any Post Op problems due to the surgery skills and the improvement in my eye sight is amazing. I had laser corrective surgery at 12.45 pm on 20/10/23.The consultant who carried out my procedure was excellent and I thoroughly recommend the consultant.I had a very positive experience.Thank you.

Had knee surgery in October and all I can say is every member of staff was fantastic was made to feel at ease the whole time great big thank you to everyone involved
