    I had a total knee replacement on Sept 15th 23 and the experience at Woodlands Hospital was very good .The surgical staff ,ward care , physiotherapy catering and admin and porters were outstanding. Would recommend

    Superb facilities and all staff. Very professional and efficient. 10/10. Operation on my hand was relaxed and jovial yet surgeon and staff were extremely professional, this was a brilliant combination. A potentially stressful day made stress free.

    I had knee surgery and the care I was given before n after surgery was second to none it was excellent very friendly staff made me feel at ease very clean n comfortable room I was given the nurses couldn't do enough for me it the second time I've had treatment at the hospital and would advised anyone to go ther excellent care by all who was involved thankyou

  4. Review titled Rude staff, impossible to get them to answer the phone

    Radiology department is awful. They were meant to call me back but never did. Then they returned my referral to the GP saying I didn't return any of their calls. Impossible to arrange an appointment, they just didn't seem to want to book me in for an ultrasound. I was told they had plenty of available appointments but they always had to 'phone back' to arrange an appointment. The ladies who answer the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst hospital experience, let's hope anyone who trys to get treatment here doesn't suffer from a serious condition

    My husband has recently been treated in Opthalmology at Woodlands Hospital for two cataract procedures. Throughout the entire process every step has been first class and special in terms of patient service - congratulations Woodlands and thank you very much indeed.
