The Doctor helped me treat a skin issue I was experiencing for over 6 months. After been incorrectly diagnosed by two different GP and going through 3 different antibiotics. All I needed was a cream that almost cured everything within 2 weeks. He is the perfect example of what doctors should be doing

It is just over 3 weeks since I had a”Total Hip Replacement “everyone from my consultant to the house keeping team were absolutely brilliant…all very caring and top of their profession.The rooms together with the food menu were excellent.If I had to go back into “The Blackheath “ tomorrow I wouldn’t hesitate…Thank you all 😊

Fantastic experience. Went in for a Hernia op. Done where and when they said it would be. Out the same evening. Took painkillers before bed just in case as not in paid, have had none since The consultant and theatre staff were top notch In my room I was so well looked after by a very cheerful team Absolutely recommend this hospital for everything

Bad experience with laser fragmentation didn’t go well uretha damaged on going suffering had to stop procedure now waiting to see what is going to happen hoping uretha heals lots of infection when stent placed before procedure

I attended the hospital for keyhole knee surgery and everyone was so kind and caring. I am a nervous patient but everyone put me at ease and nothing was too much trouble. If you have to go to hospital for surgery, I highly recommend the Blackheath Hospital!

I was admitted for a Lumbar neurolytic root block on 14th June. The nurses and doctor were helpful and efficient and I was discharged after a short recovery period. I was asked to mention staff names, but google guidelines forbid this.

Visited pathology to for blood test and the team there were great. My veins can be tricky, but there was no problem and no pain. Done in a flash.

I rang for an appointment for my son, and asked a specific question and gave the receptionist the service I required. The receptionist said yes and booked appointment. On arrival we meet the Doctor who said straight away we don’t perform that procedure. The cost of this consultation was £150. What a rip off.

I was referred to the hospital and had an initial neurosurgery appointment in February. The doctor was hopeless. He basically told me as a young, 30 year old female, that I should not try having children and would never exercise again. He would offer no advice as he had not seen my MRI imaging (the MRI scan had been undertaken two months previously). I was offered a further appointment two months later in April. That was subsequently cancelled, no explanation offered. Re-made for May, then that was cancelled. I am now told I have to wait until June - several months later. Meanwhile I continue to suffer a lot of pain. How can the hospital just leave patients waiting for months on end, with no explanation offered. I have wasted several days off work attending the useless appointment, and trying to re-schedule. Clearly the consultant's time is more important than those of his patients.

Had a colonoscopy at Black Heath hospital. The staff were very kind and helped alot to make an unpleasant procedure, as pleasant and bearable as possible. The after op care was also first class. Happy to recommend.
