Appointment was 10 30,went in at 10 30 ,was out by 12 30 . Faultless procedure from beginning to end. Staff attentive at all times. Pain free operation.

Staff were friendly and very efficient, all areas extremely clean and the procedures where clearly explained. During the actual procedure I was made to feel comfortable and safe, it was painless and fast. The after care was explained thoroughly and I was looked after right through to leaving.

This was my second cataract operation and it was just as good as the first one. Lovely helpful people who put you completely at ease. Nothing too much trouble. The operation itself was over in no time, so quick.

So....I have attended for my pre op and my first cataract extraction with lens implant. Everything and everyone has been absolutely amazing from start to finish can't thank you all enough.

SpaMedica Liverpool offers a fantastic service. After being referred for cataract surgery by my optician I received a phone call three days later and booked a pre-op assessment for the following week. At my appointment the whole team were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful and they described the procedure clearly. I was given eye drops to prepare for surgery and a nice booklet explaining other questions I might have. Amazingly when I went to book my surgery date after the assessment they had a cancellation for the next day. As this was my second cataract operation I was ready for surgery straight away and the procedure went very smoothly. The before and after care was much better than for my previous cataract removal (a large London hospital) and I was given contact numbers in case of emergency and steroid drops to take for a month, they even booked a follow up appointment for me with my optician. A bit of grittiness remained in my eye until the next day and I used sunglasses for a while to readjust to the light but I could see perfectly again. All I had to do was use baby shampoo for a while. I cannot recommend SpaMedica Liverpool highly enough if your surgery is straight forward like mine, all the team at the clinic are brilliant. I would only wait for a hospital appointent if you have possible complications with your surgery. All in all it took nine days from my initial referral to the successful completion of surgery, I'm blown away!

Referred for my cataract operation. Pre op date received quickly as was my cataract operation date Overall, very organised and efficient service. Staff caring. The meet and greet gentleman was very courteous and checked that people in waiting room were ok offering hot drinks etc Clinical staff were reassuring and provided relevant information pre and post op.

Very good service, people lovely and friendly. I had no issues. Didn't have to wait very long and they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Quick and easy. I would recommend to others to get treatment here.

I have not had any surgery before (childbirth only) so a bit apprehensive,but from my pre op to surgery experience I felt at ease by all the nurses & doctors & staff thank you to all of you

I had a very good experience. The staff were excellent and helpful. It was service with a smile, the facilities were very good and clean The communication skills were second to none making me feel at ease, well done to all at SpaMedica keep up the good work.

Very professional friendly experience. Short waiting times. Well organised pre operation procedures. Surgery completed two weeks later in a structured well planned manner and performed with little discomfort.
