I had my 2nd eye operated on the 24/4/24. On both occasions the staff from the porters, reception, nursing staff and both surgeons were fantastic from getting welcomed with a smile and a cup of tea. Also each stage of the process was explained to me in detail which made me feel very relaxed. Thankyou Spa Medica Liverpool.

Referred for my cataract operation. Pre op date received quickly as was my cataract operation date Overall, very organised and efficient service. Staff caring. The meet and greet gentleman was very courteous and checked that people in waiting room were ok offering hot drinks etc Clinical staff were reassuring and provided relevant information pre and post op.

Very good service, people lovely and friendly. I had no issues. Didn't have to wait very long and they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Quick and easy. I would recommend to others to get treatment here.

I have not had any surgery before (childbirth only) so a bit apprehensive,but from my pre op to surgery experience I felt at ease by all the nurses & doctors & staff thank you to all of you

I had a very good experience. The staff were excellent and helpful. It was service with a smile, the facilities were very good and clean The communication skills were second to none making me feel at ease, well done to all at SpaMedica keep up the good work.

Very professional friendly experience. Short waiting times. Well organised pre operation procedures. Surgery completed two weeks later in a structured well planned manner and performed with little discomfort.

I had cataract surgery yesterday and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. I was treated very well at the clinic and kept fully informed throughout the procedure. Having had the same surgery on my other eye about 10 years ago I was apprehensive of the healing process which took over a week to clear up but this time I am feeling fine after only 24 hours. The only improvement I could suggest would be to the pre-op day room which felt a bit like a cattle pen. I think it would be nicer with just chairs and tables and maybe a TV to help pass the waiting time. Overall it was a good experience and all of the staff were very friendly and informative.

I had my cataract operation with an eight thirty appointment and was back at home just before eleven o’clock. The whole procedure ran like a well oiled machine with all the staff giving you confidence in the way they kept you informed of what was happening every step of the way. All the staff were well mannered & friendly . The facilities are excellent. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone. Thanks to all concerned.
