The lady on reception really helped me with some documents I needed and was informative. She also recognised an urgent need for assistance which I was a bit hesitant to communicate. Without her recognising this it would have put me in a long wait for much needed medication. Thanks!

Booked in for appointment. Seen on time. Dr's was clean and tidy and attached to the chemist. Sometimes busy on phones but if needed fet appointment on the day. I find reception staff pleasant and helpful as weĺl

General medical check up organised and carried out efficiently. Nurse explained things well and offered me a Shingles vaccination during the check up, which saved me the time ofaking a separate appointment.

Friendly and very helpful. Sorted very quickly to let me know the further steps to sort out the problem I had and rung me with further information within a few hours. Very pleased.

Completed patchs form. 1 hour later the doctor phoned and gave me an appointment for the same day. Medications dispensed without delay and will attend for a chest X-ray the following day.

Called surgery in the afternoon after waking from a night shift. My chest had been tight and wheezy the day before. I explained I was currently working nights and had missed my chance to fill in a patchs. The receptionist was extremely helpful and asked for my details explaining that the gp will contact me as they might need to see me due to reason. Within minutes I received a call from the gp asking if I could call into surgery asap on arriving I waited a couple of minutes, I was called in and examined and prescription given as I had a chest infection. Fantastic service, credit where credit is due.

Today I had a general health check-up appointment with the Devaney Centre’s practice nurse, and she was excellent, gaining my confidence because of her friendly way of professionally engaging with me as a patient, and her methodical and thorough questioning (and giving of advice following my own pressing questions) regarding all the necessary medical topics. She also offered me flu and pneumonia jabs, then measured my height and weight. All in all, an excellent and helpful professional service.

Receptionist arranged a call with Doctor with little notice. She dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond. Thank you !
