I cannot recommend this practice enough I care for an elderly aunt and the admin staff are so helpful and understanding of any concerns I have. The GPs deliver a high standard of care and go out of their way to deliver a good service. I cannot thank the surgery enough for being so helpful and responsive to any health concerns I have for my elderly aunt. Today I had a concern regarding my aunts health and needed advice the admin sent me a link so I could send photo of my concern and they immediately returned a call with advice from Gp

I go to the blood nurse when ever I need my bloods done she is caring and understands how nervous I get due to having realy small veins she always manages to get the bloods without causing me to much anxiety she is brilliant thankyou for being so nice and carering

Due to on going issues with her own doctors I moved my elderly mum to my surgery As soon as I moved mum the support was amazing - the care and compassion mum was given was outstanding Mum was assessed with days at the surgery Over the last few months mum has had a few issues - and nothing has been to much trouble for the doctors nurses and staff who have been reassuring caring and supportive answering all my concerns When ringing for appointments no issues getting through always friendly and helpful-- even had a call back on several occasions within 10 mins I can highly recommend this surgery mum is 100 and they definitely go out of there way to help I have also had some brillant support over the years from doctors and nurses Any further professional consultations or treatment has always been dealt with quickly and professionally

After seeing an out of hours GP and being given antibiotics for 5 days. I grew more concerned for my daughter who is 2 & 1/2 years old. She seemed to be getting worse instead of better. I did an e consult online and Daisy was seen within that day. The woman we seen asked if I could get her to stand and she became so distressed as it was her balance and being able to hold her head up that was concerning me. She asked me what was going and had checked notes from our visit with the out of hours GP. She expressed her concern after doing some checks. And gave me a letter detailing the problems and symptoms my Daughter had and advised us to go straight to Alder Hey children’s hospital. We went straight there and were seen pretty quickly. She got admitted to hospital that day and was given IV antibiotics. We were in hospital just on a week. My daughter has recovered now thankfully with a few check ups she should be back to her amazing little self. The consultant and staff at alder hey praised my doctors saying that it was good that they had sent us there when they had. Explaining it could have been so much worse and they have seen it where parents have been told to give it more time for the antibiotics to work etc. I honestly could not be more grateful that we got seen and sent when we did a the woman we seen knew something was right. I can’t thank the practice and woman we seen enough.

I have experienced two consultations with this fabulous HCA right away she made me feel comfortable as I am not in a good place at the minute , she reassured me and listened and she made me feel like a friend , we have a healthcare plan and I know she will help me through it , thank you again

I have had appointments for blood tests, and I can only say a huge thank you to the lovely lady who did them for me. I usually have a difficult time with this as my veins are very deep within my arms, however I was put at ease immediately and was advised the best course for giving blood. This appointment went so quickly and I even left with a smile on my face. Thank you so much.

I visited for my weight review with HCA who does bloods, without her motivation and enthusiasm I don't believe I would have achieved my goal of losing 3 stone since March. Above and beyond is the only way I can describe the service

My mum has advanced dementia and is bed bound. The Drs, staff everyone have been extremely kind, patient and supportive. They can’t do enough for my mum and I. Thankyou very much !

Amazing surgery, if you do an e-consult you get a reply the same day & if needed a drs appointment. I had a nurse appointment late Friday evening, they flagged a possible problem, phone call from surgery on the Monday, appointment with Dr same week (wasn’t urgent). All sorted.

Just want to say i have contacted the surgery on fridays, as this is my day off work. The 2 same girls that are always there 1st thing are so helpful, and its never too much trouble to do what tgey can to help. Always smiling and jolly
