Thank you to all staff . Following the recent merger , as an infrequent and anxious user of GP services , I had some concerns . However…. Quality reception staff , patient , kind and professional . Practice nurse amazing as always . GP approachable and knowledgeable. I was made to feel so welcome and at ease . Thank you - you are facing tremendous challenges … but it doesn’t show !

From first phone call to face to face appointment referral for hospital tests then results all in less then 2 weeks thank you Longton Lane surgery you do a great job.

I arrived at 5.40pm on a Friday as I had lost some medication and needed an emergency prescription, all of the staff were so helpful and kind, they went out of their way to help me and I am very grateful to be at this practise they are always so accommodating and help as much as they can.
