    Just a few of the issues are listed below but I would go somewhere else if you care for your health. 1. If you accidentally cancel the appointment they immediately give it out to someone else 2. The only way to get an appointment is to cal at 08:30, not doable if you work the standard 08:30 to 17:00 3. The doctors do not want to see you face to face. 4. Receptionist are lovely in person however not great on the phone 5. You have to fight to get important medical documents signed

    Impossible to see a doctor, receptionists are actively unhelpful; essentially they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you to be there either. They are telling us we need private healthcare because they don’t offer healthcare anymore.

    I had an ultrasound appointment on the 31st January and was told I would have my results back in 3-5 days. I have just called on Monday the 6th Feb to be told that yes they have my results but cannot discuss them until the 17th Feb. I’m sorry but when you don’t know what’s wrong with you and the only thing to put your mind at rest is the results which they have, I can’t know about them until over 2 weeks later! Horrible

    I've been calling for over two months to get an appointment. I've been given antibiotics without seeing anyone, which haven't cleared the problem. I have asked a pharmacist if their is anything I can buy over the counter. He advised me to see a GP frustrated!! as I'm going round in circles. I work full time so can't call at 8.30am and when I have tried it always engaged, by the time I leave work and call there are no appointments left. Nothing to book on line and I've even tried the email booking service which says someone will reply in two days, they didn't. The practice needs a complete overhaul I wouldn't recommend.

    Don't expect to make an appointment with a doctor face to face, it's highly unlikely. They are effectively an overwhelmed call centre. "we are experiencing an unprecedented number of calls" has been the standard reply to any complaints since well before the recent pandemic. It has becomes obvious to many who try to use Grosvenor that the system is broken but this appears to be irrelevant.

    Best GP practice I have ever used. Had one midwife for entire pregnancy and beyond, caring doctors, have always been able to get a fast appointment when urgent. Recently it has been challenging to book non-urgent appointments but think this is due to COVID/NHS underfunding rather than the practice.

    A truly wonderful surgery. Thankyou so much for your kindness, compassion and efficiency during my mental health crisis and signing up during it as a new patient. It was all fully completed within an hour, and due to being agoraphobic and not able to leave my home, you have done everything & my prescription deliveries online without any problems. I cannot recommend highly enough for the professionalism, kindness and adapting to support my current needs.

    The receptionists are so rude when you finally get through. Made it clear i had been phoning since 8:30 on the dot and she just kept telling me to call back at 8:30 tomorrow. Would give it 0 stars if i could.

    GP sent me for a routine blood test following on got a letter to book an appointment, quire worried really. Tried for 4 days to get through starting at 8.30 as instructed tried all day on the tuesday after bank holiday 45 minutes on the phone third try. Got through and was told to phone up ay 08.30 in the morning I tried to explain my issues she just kept repeating 8.30 in the morning. I am quite concerned about what the issue is with my bloods and I cannot get an appoint to speak to a clinician. Thats not the caring NHS I have known all my life.
