Used the online consultation, input my symptoms along with picture, was given appointment with a nurse, she was very helpful, informative and put my mind at ease.

I spoke to the duty GP today to express my concern for a relative. The GP was kind, thorough, listened clearly to my concerns and patiently addressed each in a methodical manner. We are grateful for the GP's help, especially in light of the extreme pressures that the GPs are under in the present climate.

I completed a Patchs appointment application yesterday for the first time and received email early this morning to say that I had an appointment the same day. Fantastic service, especially if you work and can’t get to make a call at 8am. I highly recommend this service.

After visiting for my first ever annual age related checkup. The nurse kindly got me an appointment for the very next day. After I mentioned that I was was struggling to walk and sleep with ongoing back pain, having not been able to obtain an appointment for 8 months. Greatly appreciated and I was really excited at the thought of getting some help. Again I was prescribed medication to help me sleep, they didn’t work last time and certainly haven’t again. Popping pills that don’t do anything for me is pointless, but hey you go the course hoping and praying. I just wish I could be examined properly or at least diagnosed and treated to stop the pain. I have had to visit a sports therapist at my own expense for the last 8 months to try and help keep me on my feet. As I explained to the Doctor on my visit the therapist says I have inflammation in the lower back and he won’t treat that part of my back. Why can’t my lower back be scanned or at least have a blood test to ascertain whether inflammation is present.

Admin staff, nurses and GPs have all helped me in the past few months, when I needed help and support for my mental health and continue to offer support and more importantly understanding of my situation. I have been able to talk about my concerns and have never felt rushed. They are all doing a good job despite the stressful nature of their job.

Contacted surgery on the Monday late morning regarding leg problem. The receptionist was very helpful and guided me to use the 111 service. The 111 service made an appointment for me on the Monday evening with my own GP. I saw the GP who advised further medication and gave a further appointment on the Tuesday evening. The GP them contacted NHS at home who gave me an appointment on the Wednesday morning for further assessment and review. Although the leg isn’t yet fully recovered the access to the GP and additional support was very good and probably exceeded expectations. As people will complain about lack of service etc then I feel it is important to call out the positive service that I received.

This doctor surgery is no help at all, I’ve been a patient since I was born. They never give appointments even if you call at 8am. They say they can’t prebook you an appointment. I was told I was being prescribed medication, but the doctor didn’t actually prescribe it to me, so I waited a full week just to get actually prescribed it. They treat mental health in an unserious way.

Visited the gp this morning. She was very thorough and didn't rush me. It would be so much easier if you could pre book appointments like pre Covid time.

Was seen on time friendly Doctor went through what was needed and a good end result clean environment easy booking in on the app screen but worry mainly older people struggling with this system staff very welcoming could not say how helpful everyone is especially with urgent appointments
