I have been struggling to apply for a blue badge for my Mom. I called the practise for advice. The receptionist went out of her way to advise me and enable me to make steps forwards. She could easily have referred me else where or online. I feel that I can now make progress with what is a very frustrating process. I have always found the reception staff at my Moms practice very patient and willing to help.

My experience was very good and my doctor gave me time to explain my illness and then gave me the correct drugs which are working very good.

My husband has recently passed away following a relatively short progressive neurological illness (Motor Neurone Disease). He went from being fit and well to being completely paralysed and unable to speak, move or swallow or do anything for himself. The practice staff and GP were very supportive during this very difficult time and went out of their way to help me on numerous occasions with issues with prescriptions, test results, blood tests, etc. I was dealt with with compassion and respect at all times which made an extremely difficult situation a bit easier. Thank You

The receptionist showed great compassion and understanding of my issue in a kind and professional manner. The Dr listened to me and did exactly what I wanted her to do, on this occasion I cannot fault the service I have received. All of the receptionists I have dealt with whilst being a patient here have been great often going the extra mile to offer support when resources are limited. I have in the past also had dealings with the nurse and HCA both of whom are exemplary in their care and professionalism!

The doctor as been very thorough and professional with my problem and sorted everything out very quickly and her staff have been the sane very pleased with everything

I have tried to book an appointment with GP. Managed to get the appointment for the same day. Telephone call handler was understanding and booked an appointment.GP listened to my wife's concern and gave the correct medication. My wife felt assured and relieved after the consultation. Best practice in the area, Trying their best to help patients though the NHS services are under constant pressure.
